A Quarter Century of Evolution
I started in 1996 helping stand up one of the world's first online bookmakers. That early obsession with high-stakes, high-availability systems never left. At Tatts Group, I went from identifying the need for a centralised digital function — and convincing the board to create it — to running an 80-person team that drove tatts.com to $1bn in annual turnover.
The through-line across everything has been a pragmatic, innovation-first mindset. At Horizon State I was a foundation team member building enterprise decision-making platforms. At AnRKey X I scaled a gaming platform to $45m+ in engagement value. Now at Presper Labs, I'm deploying frontier AI models and agentic automation across five brands simultaneously — a team of six delivering the output of twenty-four.
The tools change. The approach doesn't: understand the problem properly, build the right thing, ship it.
Built a $1bn Digital Platform
Proposed, established and scaled Tatts Online from zero to 80+ staff — delivering Australia's first combined wagering and lotteries platform at $1bn in annual turnover.
Pioneered Open Innovation
Created Tatts Group's first enterprise innovation framework. Delivered world-first prototypes: a VR wagering app and IoT retail experiences — both from concept to working build in under two months.
AI-Driven Operations
At Presper Labs, led a team of 6 across 5 brands deploying agentic AI workflows and frontier model tooling to deliver output equivalent to a team four times the size.
