UpgradeYourself.app
Private Personal Research Tool
UpgradeYourself.app is an experimental, private workspace for organising personal wellbeing notes, wearable inputs, and research sources. It is a product experiment in privacy and evidence organisation, not a health service, diagnostic tool, treatment plan, or source of medical advice.
Personal wellbeing information can be sensitive, while online health content often lacks useful provenance. The product question is how to keep private research material organised, traceable to its sources, and under the individual's control without turning that material into recommendations or clinical guidance.
Stack & Architecture
- Privacy-first data handling — personal notes and source records are treated as sensitive
- Wearable integrations — experiments with importing personal activity and sleep inputs
- Evidence organisation — links, annotations, and provenance for personal research material
- AI assistance — helps organise personal information; it does not provide health advice
- Cloudflare Workers — serverless backend for the private research workspace
Personal Research Workspace
The workspace brings together personal notes, wearable inputs, and source links so that research can be reviewed in one place. It is designed to help organise information and questions, not to interpret clinical results or direct a health decision.
The Evidence Layer
Sources and annotations are kept alongside the material they support, including notes about uncertainty and limitations. The aim is transparent evidence organisation for personal research, not a claim that the software can assess evidence for an individual or recommend what they should do.
Privacy Architecture
The experiment treats personal information as sensitive by design. Its privacy controls and data boundaries are part of the product work, but the project is not presented as a clinical record, a regulated health service, or a substitute for qualified professional advice.
UpgradeYourself remains a private product experiment focused on privacy-aware evidence organisation. It is not available as a health service and is not medical advice.
